Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Rose Edit pieces. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your return request must be submitted within 7 days of the date your order is marked as delivered.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
  • Original tags must still be attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original clear garment packaging with the SKU label.
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be refused.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for standard returns:

  • Jewelry
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Intimates & lingerie
  • Beauty products
  • Face masks

Please review the product listing carefully before purchasing a final-sale item.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact The Rose Edit as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

How to Request a Return

Please contact The Rose Edit through our customer service contact information with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Do not send a return before receiving return instructions from The Rose Edit.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive the appropriate return instructions and return authorization information.

Eligible returns are processed through our fulfillment partner. Once the return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the return to be processed after it is received by our fulfillment partner. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear.

Important

The Rose Edit reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the requirements outlined above.

Return policies are subject to change. The return policy applicable to your purchase is the policy in effect at the time your order is placed.
